Returns, Privacy & Shipping Policies

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with no visible signs of wear and tear, thus in the same condition in which you received it. That is, in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free from damages by the customer.
Your item must be returned with all tags still attached, and must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns will be processed such that the customer will receive a cash refund, exchange for another item (identical or different), or a store credit.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returneditem.
The item can then be exchanged for another item of similar value, and the difference to be paid by you, and receipted. No refund will be given. If the replacement item is of a lesser value, a credit note will be given.
However, if the item is found to be faulty or defective, it will be replaced by a similar item, or a refund will be processed. Such damages will have to have been inherent in the item, and not caused post sale.
If defective or faulty, we may need to seek replacement of the item from the manufacturer, if possible, or consult the supplier for their own returns policy, first.
If a refund is to be given, we will immediately notify you of such, and on the status of your refund. If your return is approved for refund, as stated above, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7 days, or depending upon your card issuer’s policies, if they are different.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
